Do I need to pre-register for class?

Yes, we recommend pre-registering as spaces are limited. Walk-ins are accommodated if space allows.

How do I book or cancel a class?

You can book or cancel your class through the Mindbody app. Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

What happens if I don’t show up for a booked class?

No-shows will be counted as attended classes. Please cancel ahead of time if you can’t make it.

Do you have special discounts?

Yes! We run regular offers of up to 40% discounts on our monthly memberships. As a new user at Open Circle, you can start your yoga journey with 3 classes for AED 100.

Can I freeze my membership?
  • Monthly unlimited memberships cannot be frozen.
  • Class packs (5 or 10 classes) can be frozen for up to 2 months.
Can beginners join the classes?

Yes! We welcome all levels. Our teachers will guide you based on your experience and needs.

What are the benefits of practicing yoga?
Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness while reducing stress, anxiety, and fatigue.
What should I bring to class?

We recommend bringing your own mat, but mats are also available in the studio. Blocks and straps are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.

Is parking available?

Yes, valet parking is available. Please get a stamp from the health club reception before leaving.

Are class schedules subject
to change?

Yes, class schedules may change. Please book in advance so we can notify you of any updates.

Can I double park?

Double parking is at your own risk and may result in traffic fines.

We offer 4 types of yoga:

In addition to yoga, we also offer other wellness sessions such as Guided Meditation, Sound Healing, Group Reiki, Active Meditation, Qigong, and more.
